Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) IT Product Manager to support the PSL IM Integration & Digital Technologies. As part of the IM 'Digital Platforms' domain, you will join the multifunctional IM 'Integration & Digital Technologies' team.
About the Role:
This team actively contributes to the digitalization of the business by operating an RPA platform based on the UIPath tool suite. This platform is crucial for automating business processes across various functions within the company and is a vital component of the IM infrastructure.
Your Location:
The role is based at the Donauwörth site, where helicopters are developed from concept to finished product, with an on-site test airfield.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Define the product and service strategy and manage the product and service life cycle.
- Ensure the proper operation of the Robotics Platform through close collaboration with subcontractors.
- Manage and deliver change requests, project demands, and new feature requests based on functional specifications, within time, budget, and quality.
- Act as the focal point for the RPA platform, working closely with all necessary stakeholders.
- Lead the IT Product team to manage the product lifecycle, covering both product development and operation to meet operational SLAs.
- Control assigned budgets and resources.
- Collaborate with the IM Security team to ensure development standards and solutions meet security constraints and threats.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong general IT background.
- Team player with a proactive 'can-do' attitude and experience with international teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for creative problem-solving and developing new solutions.
- Good understanding of business requirements, customer service orientation, and focus on quality.
- Good communication skills.
- English at negotiation level.
- Willingness to travel is a must.
Skills That Would Be a Plus:
- Proven experience with UI-Path products.
- Experience with Scrum and SAFe.
- Knowledge of French, German, or Spanish.
