About the Role:
As a Project Support Officer, you will work within a collaborative project environment to ensure projects are delivered in line with organisational strategy, standards, policies, and processes. You will be instrumental in supporting project managers, delivery teams, and key stakeholders, responding to dynamic project needs and contributing to governance, reporting, and performance management.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the coordination, implementation, and delivery of projects in line with organisational standards and strategy.
- Organising and supporting engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting project governance, performance management, reporting, and documentation.
- Assisting with forecasting and tracking of project costs, resources, and schedules.
- Scheduling, reviewing, and managing project artefacts to ensure quality and consistency.
- Capturing and tracking risks, issues, actions, and key performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting projects, including planning and delivery against scope, cost, and requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, consultancy-style approach.
- Experience of governance control, reporting, and performance management.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
