Role Overview
This role is responsible for leading and coordinating all activities within assigned programs from initiation, planning, and execution through to development monitoring and closure. You will ensure the content and overall strategy of the programs align with the organization's main guidelines and meet customer technical specifications, fulfilling contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and oversee program budgets, ensuring continuous cost deviation control and safeguarding initial financial margins.
- Secure the creation of the Integrated Project Baseline and monitor progress against it, including schedule, scope, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)/Work Packages (WPs), resources, and risk assessment.
- Organize and manage program teams effectively.
- Ensure program delivery adheres to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints, aiming for maximum customer satisfaction.
- Provide program visibility to line management by reporting on overall project progress, including key performance indicators (KPIs), critical issues, strengths, weaknesses, and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
- Coordinate and ensure visibility between programs and various involved domains or support areas, guaranteeing the resolution or escalation of critical blocking points.
- Manage customer communication throughout program development, supported by the Program Line Team Leader, acting as the interface between programs and functional areas.
- Ensure the management of contract or product modifications along the baseline and the project.
Candidate Profile
- Technical or Managing Degree, ideally for leading Aerospace Programs.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated team player with proactivity.
- Advanced Spanish and English language proficiency.
