Graduate Programme: Project Management, Control & Agile (2027 Start)
Join our dynamic graduate programme and immerse yourself in the world of Project Management, Project Control, and Agile methodologies. You will work collaboratively to deliver complex programmes and projects to our customers, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest specifications.
What You'll Experience:
- Project Management: Drive projects forward by collating updates, managing plans, preparing costings, and maintaining risk registers.
- Project Control: Gain a comprehensive understanding of projects across all stages, from assessment through to manufacturing and development, covering the entire missile lifecycle.
- Agile Teams: Adopt an iterative approach to project delivery, working in sprints and leveraging Agile software technology.

About the Role:
Throughout the lifecycle of our products, a diverse range of people and skills are essential for design, manufacture, and delivery. Working alongside partners across our organization in a fast-paced, exciting, and evolving environment, you will be at the heart of project execution. This involves gathering information from all areas and levels of the business to plan the next steps for a given project.
Our Project Managers utilize metrics to identify and implement improvements, refine existing processes for project planning, update project plans, prepare cost estimates in collaboration with engineers for senior management, and maintain Risk Registers.
Our Project Control teams provide insight into projects from their initial assessment phases through to manufacturing and development, offering a full view of all stages within the missile lifecycle.
Our Agile teams employ an iterative approach to project delivery, utilizing sprints and Agile software technologies.

Working Arrangements:
This role offers Dynamic (Hybrid) Working, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification.
Security Clearance:
Candidates must be a British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum, and after the offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks, managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
