- Requires significant experience in Space Business, Space Processes, and Digital processes.
- Experience with the complete Space Business flow and MRP/SAP is highly desirable.

About the Role
In charge of implementing initiatives and new ways of working through systematic management of projects, programs and portfolios in alignment with the Space Systems business goals. Facilitate project development by coordinating the process, providing visibility on the status and controlling the evolution in terms of performance, general costs and time. Project management for Data Management and Digitalization activities. Work across departments to align teams, set goals, execute initiatives and improve digital processes.
Summary of Main Functions
Programmes/ Business Operations
- Lead Transformation programs within TSOY organization (Programmes Space Systems Spain), in coordination with all the stakeholders of SpS Space Spain.
- Lead transformation activities related to BROMO carve-out and PMI (Post-Merge Integration) programmes in the SpS Space Spain framework.
- Apply the transformation activities within TSOY programmes: coordinate the different phases of the programme with the activities to be implemented.
- Preparation of ad-hoc program information and documentation.
- Establish a roadmap for DDMS deployment and other transformations required in Airbus – Space Systems – Spain.
- Use visual management tools to track and monitor evolution KPIs of process implementation in the different TSOY programmes.
Necessary Competences
- More than 5 years Space Business experience.
- Wide knowledge on Airbus Space Spain Business interfaces and links with the different stakeholders and the ways of working of each one.
- Experience in Space Processes and Airbus Digital processes.
- Experience in the complete Space Business flow: Programs, Design, Manufacturing, Procurement and Verification.
- MRP (Materials Resource Planning) knowledge – SAP experience is really appreciated.
- Space & transformation programme management knowledge to apply to business programmes.
- DDMS@SpS knowledge (3DX – SAP – WCH- APRISO).
