Manufacturing Engineering Opportunity at Airbus Operations SL

An exciting fixed-term opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Engineering professional to join Airbus Operations in Illescas. We are seeking a dedicated individual to ensure the correct configuration of products, from their initial definition through to preparation and the start of production. You will work closely with Industrial Configuration Engineers to achieve these critical objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the right Configuration from definition to preparation / start in production.
  • Align with Industrial Configuration Engineers.
  • Manage inputs including Technical Queries from Technical Shop Floor Support/Autonomous Production Teams and Definition Dossiers from Engineering.
  • Process Build Concept Dossiers from Industrial Architects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Adaptability: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business areas, and in a networking mode.
  • Languages: Advanced level of English is required.
  • Technical Skills: Programming in C# and advanced knowledge of CATIA are desirable.
  • Valuable Experience: Previous experience in the automotive industry or a Master's degree would be advantageous.
  • Travel: Availability to travel within the Europe area.
