About the Role
As the Mechanical Production Design Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for a high-performing team of up to six engineers. You and your team will provide critical mechanical production design support across a wide range of projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and continue to develop a team of high-performing mechanical engineers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Manage project timelines, priorities and resource allocation, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Develop processes with stakeholders to drive best practice.
- Identify and remove blockers and foster team collaboration.
- Provide regular feedback, career development support and team engagement activities.
What We Offer
- Salary: Circa £57,000 depending on experience.
- Dynamic (hybrid) working: 3-4 days per week on-site in Bolton.
