About the Role

To support the Final Painting department, Airbus Helicopters is initially looking for a Painter (m/f/d) for a fixed term of 2 years.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Dosing and mixing paint systems.
  • Masking and de-masking of non-painted areas.
  • Sanding and filling composite components.
  • Preparation of complete HS assemblies and helicopters for painting.
  • Application of primer and topcoat.
  • Cleaning of military helicopters and components.
  • Performing quality assurance steps.
  • Working according to specifications and documenting the work steps performed.

Required Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Completed apprenticeship as a Painter/Automotive Painter (m/f/d).
  • Experience in the field of painting.
  • Fluent German language skills.
  • Willingness to work shifts.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to learn and absorb information.
  • Motivated.
  • Independent.
  • Flexible.
