The LTA (C295) Manufacturing Engineering Systems team at Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a qualified professional to join our industrialization and program support unit. We are looking for candidates with proven expertise in aircraft systems or the aptitude to quickly master them, coupled with an innovative approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of ground test procedures in compliance with Engineering, Quality, and HSE standards.
  • Specification of requirements for testing tools and means.
  • Providing technical support on the shop floor during ground tests.

Technical Inputs & Outputs:

  • Inputs: Manufacturing processes, qualified company standards, design models, and technical documentation.
  • Outputs: Technical instructions, testing programs, and process definitions for manufacturing and flight line environments.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in Systems Engineering within the aerospace sector.
  • Competencies: Adaptability to manufacturing environments and ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, and Engineering.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: Spanish (Advanced) and English (Intermediate).

This role requires availability to travel frequently to India (FAL in Vadodara) due to the strategic importance of the "Make in India" program.
