Line Manager Supply Chain MRO
As the Line Manager Supply Chain MRO, you will be responsible for the technical and human excellence of your team. You will play a central role as an interface between employees, project managers, and management, while ensuring skills development and technical support for projects.
Key Missions:
- Team Management and Skills Development:
- Lead and engage your team by embodying leadership through example, creating an environment of trust, and promoting collaboration (Team of about ten people expected to grow).
- Develop talents by helping employees progress, enhance their skills, and understand the complexity of their work. Manage career progression, support, and accompany employee development plans.
- Ensure complete employee follow-up according to the people tempo (objective setting, performance reviews, personal development) and act as a liaison with Human Resources.
- Identify needs, specify technical skills, qualify candidates, and ensure their successful integration.
- Technical Management:
- Ensure team skill development in methods, training, innovation, and the evolution of the Supply Chain and MRO profession.
- Support Project Managers in their technical choices, critique approaches, propose options, and defend your opinions to guarantee the relevance of solutions.
- Support your team to achieve the quality and deadline objectives defined by the Project Manager.
- Operational Management:
- Ensure clear and concise reporting to your management and your team.
- Be proactive in proposing advancements for the profession and skills.
Your Profile:
You hold an engineering degree (Bac+5) or equivalent, in industrial engineering or supply chain oriented. You have at least 6 years of experience in supply chain, ideally in supply chain management, complemented by initial management experience.
Key Skills:
- Supply Chain: Global vision of flows and business interactions, including obsolescence management.
- Multi-Project Management: Proficiency in multi-project management principles to effectively support and accompany teams.
- Sectoral Knowledge: Knowledge of internal AH processes and tools (change process, maintenance in operational condition - MCO, etc.).
