Lead Buyer - IT Procurement
Are you an IT Buyer seeking a Lead Buyer role, or an Indirect Buyer interested in technology looking to move into IT Procurement? Do you desire an international role within the UK and Europe? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join our IT procurement team!
We are responsible for all aspects of IT spend across the Group, encompassing areas such as Enterprise Software, Engineering Software, Manufacturing Software, SaaS (software as a service), Services, Cyber, Networks, Hardware, Security, AI, and High Performance Computing. This role offers the chance to specialize in one area, develop into new ones, and broaden your knowledge over time.
What We Are Looking For:
- An established IT procurement practitioner, or someone willing to learn and develop these skills with a strong procurement knowledge in other Indirect categories.
- Comfortable working in an international context.
- Ability to build strong internal and international relationships.
- Capable of owning and running large procurement projects to support our Category Managers.
- Understanding of IT procurement, or a willingness to learn and develop these skills.
- Excellent soft and communication skills.
What We Offer:
- Salary: Circa £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
- Working Arrangement: Dynamic (hybrid) working model, with 2-3 days per week on-site.
- Company Bonus: Up to £2,500 (based on company performance).
- Pension: Maximum total contribution of up to 14%.
