Established in 2021, Airbus Logistik GmbH is responsible for the logistical supply of aircraft components for the Airbus final assembly lines for the A320 program. As a subsidiary of Airbus, we receive, store, ship, and transport goods for installation on the final assembly lines in Hamburg, Tianjin (China), Mobile (USA), and Toulouse (France).

Airbus Logistik GmbH is seeking motivated employees for the position of Warehouse Employee for Incoming Goods Registration (m/f/d) for our location in Hamburg, Am Genter Ufer.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Checking incoming goods for clearly recognizable damage.
  • Verifying packing lists and sorting out parts/batches/serial numbers.
  • Indexing incoming goods and labels.
  • Registering incoming goods for large and small parts, including customs.
  • Processing goods receipt and handling of free goods and customs goods in Airbus IT and warehouse IT systems (e.g., SAP, PTS).
  • Data entry and data maintenance in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Checking and, if necessary, correcting open booking processes.
  • Reviewing customs documents for content and deadlines, and communicating with customs authorities.
  • Acting as an internal point of contact for order processing and irregularities.

Your Profile:

  • Qualification as a specialist in warehouse logistics or a commercial apprenticeship is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in operational contract logistics is required.
  • Proficiency in German (spoken and written, minimum B2 level).
  • Knowledge of customs procedures is desirable.
  • Experience with IT and material management systems (SAP/PTS).
  • Resilience, reliability, and customer orientation.
  • Availability for shift work is required.
