About the Role

Tesat-Spacecom GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a professional to identify performance gaps and optimize existing processes within the engineering domain. You will be responsible for introducing and further developing standards, guidelines, and best practices, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This role involves proactively identifying areas for improvement and continuously developing relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).

You will plan, coordinate, and implement improvement projects in close collaboration with specialist departments. Regular reporting to management, including analyses and documentation, will be a key part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will communicate and train employees on new standards and processes.

A significant aspect of this position is taking on the role of Product Regulatory Compliance Coordinator (PRCC) and supporting the Head of Department (PRC Officer) in establishing the current state of PRC within the company and initiating necessary process improvements.

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • Understanding of key financial and controlling metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and leading/executing improvement projects is desirable.
  • Experience with product regulations and PRC processes is advantageous.
  • Team player with analytical and structured working methods, as well as presentation and moderation skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts with employees and management, along with knowledge of change management.
  • High motivation, initiative, creativity, and strong communication and team skills.
  • Negotiation-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
