About Us:

At the Airbus Helicopters Drone Center, formed from the merger of Survey Copter and Airbus Helicopters, we design, manufacture, and maintain light tactical drone systems for military and civil missions. What we can accomplish together:

Within the Design Office department, your main missions will include:

  • Defining, selecting, and implementing off-the-shelf electronic systems (radio communication systems, GPS, video modules, IR, etc.).
  • Defining and controlling wiring harnesses and connectors ensuring the interconnection of different electronic sub-assemblies.
  • Designing necessary electronic boards in CAD for systems developed within the company (architecture, schematic, and routing).
  • Designing embedded software for the electronic boards of systems developed within the company.
  • Defining specifications and monitoring the development of equipment purchased based on specifications.
  • Participating in technical meetings with suppliers.
  • Documenting the justification for definitions and designs.
  • Writing test plans, test procedures, test reports, and technical notes for internal or external clients.
  • Developing test benches for electronic boards, power systems, and RF systems.
  • Analyzing test results, defining action plans, and monitoring their execution.
  • Analyzing and processing technical facts.

This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for a security clearance by recognized authorities.

Who you are:

You hold an engineering degree with a specialization in electronics and have at least 2 years of experience in the industry.

  • Your mastery of analog and digital electronic board design.
  • Your expertise in RF technologies and communication networks (IP, etc.).
