Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Ottobrunn is looking for an HR Specialist Pay/Time/PA (d/m/w) within the Reward Operations department.

In this role, you will support the Reward Operations Team in Ottobrunn with all administrative tasks related to payroll, personnel administration, and timekeeping. You will be responsible for the precise and timely processing of all matters concerning payroll and associated HR processes.

Your Main Tasks:

  • Implementation of personnel measures such as hiring, transfers, and terminations.
  • Setup and maintenance of master, timekeeping, and payroll data, as well as creation of documents within defined administrative processes, particularly processing incoming work orders in Workday.
  • Support in executing payroll, processing special cases, verifying calculated data and payroll results, including error analysis and resolution.
  • Handling of specific factual matters, correspondence, and creation of certificates.
  • Advising and informing employees, HRBPs, and managers on applicable legal, tariff, and company regulations concerning general and specific matters of personnel administration, payroll, and timekeeping.
  • Participation in projects and special topics.
  • General administrative support.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial field with a focus on HR.
  • Several years of experience in the HR field.
  • Experience in payroll and personnel administration.
  • Sound and up-to-date knowledge of tax, social security, and labor law.
  • Proficient in SAP/R3 HCM and Workday HCM.
  • German: fluent; English: good.
