The Role
We're Looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team based from Helensburgh. This role benefits from our 4xFlex working pattern offering a 4 day week Monday - Thursday. We also operate a hybrid working pattern with typically 2-3 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities
- Bring instructional design scripts to life through multimedia course content.
- Innovate and captivate with course content using Adobe Captivate.
- Craft high quality graphics and multimedia using Adobe Creative Suite, elevating learning experiences.
- Design multimedia content tailored for AR/VR environments using 3D design tools such as Blender.
Required skills, qualifications and experience
- Experience in 3D and graphic design, video editing, preferably with the Adobe Creative Suite
- Adept at understanding user requirements and transforming them into high quality digital assets.
- Understanding of eLearning authoring software (preferably Adobe Captivate) Master of visual storytelling, adept at communicating complex concepts through captivating visuals and animations.
- Organised, pragmatic, and able to prioritise workload
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
