About the Role
Airbus Defence and Space SAU is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team in an Entry Level role within the Production Planning & Scheduling job family. This permanent position offers an opportunity to significantly impact production efficiency and delivery timelines.
Responsibilities
- Launch monthly routines with a mid-term horizon.
- Evaluate programs and production requirements, including the development of recovery plans.
- Define associated production scenarios based on the plant calendar and the availability of all resources.
- Propose the optimal solution to meet program and plant requirements using achieved production scenarios.
- Prepare for, participate in, or lead Master Production meetings involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Obtain commitments and challenge attendees to avoid postponing planning.
- Build, update, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) measuring production plan execution and deliveries.
- Define improvement plans and associated actions based on KPI analysis.
- Officialize production scenarios and communicate the plan to all stakeholders.
- Ensure the planning is respected and adhered to (accountable).
- Maintain planning parameters and models within the designated planning tools.
- Update SAP with relevant planning information.
