Airbus Helicopters in Dugny is looking for a Management Business Partner (M/F). Join a passionate team that works behind the scenes to enhance our clients' experience. We are a transversal community responsible for designing, building, operating, and maintaining real estate, infrastructure, and technical facilities.

Operational Coordination:

As a Business Partner FMRE, you will coordinate FM activities on the Airbus Helicopters PLB site.

Relationships:

Build a relationship of trust and transparency with the Site Manager (HO Site), local teams, and support functions.

Business Continuity:

Ensure the operational continuity of the site, identify necessary investments, and defend CAPEX/OPEX budgets.

Operational Leadership:

Lead on-site Facility Management teams, promoting cohesion and collaboration towards a common operational objective and mutual support.

Tertiary Sector:

Be responsible for managing workspace developments, as well as necessary works and/or relocations.

Crisis Support and Management:

Provide support and manage crises as needed.

Your Responsibilities:

In line with the Airbus leadership model, you will:

  • Work Environment: Build an inclusive and trusting environment, promote collaboration and fact-based decision-making, breaking down silos.
  • Internal Synergies: Strengthen links between FMRE service lines (Front office – Back office) in a matrix organization. Act as a functional leader for the local team.
  • Performance: Guarantee deliverables in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Lead complex and major projects.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and report risks and opportunities. Ensure the safety of assets and people. Develop a critical view of the condition of buildings and facilities, recording anomalies and submitting intervention requests in the FM tool.
  • Continuous Improvement: Encourage innovation by eliminating low-value-added activities.
  • Strategy: Secure short, medium, and long-term business to increase Airbus's profitability. Make decisions covering a broad scope, driven by a short and/or medium-term strategy, with validation by results. Propose strategic directions.
  • Network: Establish close relationships with key partners (Site Managers, function heads, etc.).
  • Compliance: Promote safety, ethics, and compliance rules, as well as digital solutions.
  • Focal Point: Be the preferred contact for Facility Management operational and strategic initiatives for the site.
  • Sharing: Exchange best practices at national and transnational levels.
  • Communication: Promote FMRE services to Airbus employees. Lead, persuade, influence, and sometimes negotiate internally and/or externally with a variety of decision-makers at higher levels.

Profile Sought:

  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in management / transversal management in an industrial sector.
  • Ability to autonomously decide and organize operational activities.
  • Aptitude to unite teams from different organizations.
  • Ability to challenge stakeholders and FMRE teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and French are essential).
  • Team spirit and ability to interact at all levels of the company (internal and external).
  • Proactive in proposing creative and disruptive solutions.
  • Strong customer service orientation (Customer Centricity).
  • Strong culture of Safety, Ethics, and Compliance.
  • Major Asset: Possess or create a solid network within Airbus Helicopters (industrial and tertiary sectors).

This position will allow you to develop skills in stakeholder management, leadership in a cross-divisional organization, and deepen your knowledge of Airbus's overall strategy.
