Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth is seeking a Project Manager - Chief Engineering Light Twin Helicopter (m/f/d) to join their team for current and future projects. This role offers a leading position within the Chief Engineering Light Helicopters department, focusing on the development programs of civil helicopters (H135/H145 and upgrades).

Your Work Location: Donauwörth

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead complex design activities within your perimeter, covering the entire lifecycle from initial ideas, design, and development to qualification and certification.
- Take ownership for achieving project objectives related to time, cost, and quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Support & Service, Program, and various Engineering stakeholders.
- Manage risks and opportunities effectively.
- Participate in and drive process improvements.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, combined with extensive experience and further training or a subsequent PhD.
- Alternatively, a completed Master's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, along with expanded experience, further training, or a subsequent PhD.
- Several years of professional experience in Engineering, Project Management, and the helicopter sector.
- Knowledge in helicopter technology, project management, agile working methods, responsibility, communication & influence, team spirit & teamwork, synthesis and analysis, problem analysis & solution, management, and leadership.
- Language Skills: Fluent English; German desirable.
