Airbus Helicopters is looking for an Experienced NDT Expert in Ultrasound and/or Eddy Currents (m/f) to join the LMP "Materials & Processes Laboratory" / "NDT Development and Simulation department" based in Marignane, France.

Your future missions:
You will participate in missions focused on implementing advanced and customized Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) solutions, defining reference instructions, their qualification, and providing associated technical support. You will contribute to the NDT Development and Simulation department within the Materials and Processes Laboratory (LMP), supporting engineering and production throughout helicopter development.
- Responsibility for reference standards in the field of NDT (definition, inspection, and qualification).
- Level 2 or 3 activities on certain NDT methods.
- Expertise and Technical Support for internal production and suppliers (non-conformity, range validation, etc.).
- Managing development projects for new NDT methods with a project manager role (coordination, monitoring, budget, planning, communication).
- Validation of internal/external technical documentation (e.g., inspection procedures, qualifications, reports).
- Performing internal/external audits for the qualification and monitoring of NDT special processes.
- Execution and preparation of NDT methods training for internal and external customers.
Your profile:
- Experience Level: Materials Engineer degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of experience in NDT.
- Technical Expertise: Level 3 certification in one or more NDT methods, or a confirmed Level 2 certification. Good knowledge of production and service needs in terms of NDT, as well as aeronautical quality standards. NADCAP knowledge, personnel certification knowledge, and auditor qualification are appreciated.
- Language Skills: English Fluent, French Fluent.
