Role Overview
Airbus Aerostructures GmbH is looking for a dedicated professional to join their team as a Maintenance Technician. This permanent position focuses on ensuring the reliable operation of heating energy supply systems through comprehensive maintenance, repair, and inspection activities. You will be instrumental in managing operational disruptions and documenting all maintenance tasks within the CAFM system (Paledo).
Key Responsibilities
- Performing maintenance on heating energy supply systems.
- Conducting operational troubleshooting and emergency services.
- Carrying out repairs and performing routine maintenance and inspections.
- Documenting all maintenance activities using the CAFM system (Paledo).
- Analyzing causes of faults and damages, deriving and prioritizing appropriate repair measures.
- Monitoring technical building equipment using building management systems.
- Adapting plant control systems and programs for building management technology.
- Accompanying inspections and audits.
- Supporting maintenance coordinators in supervising and controlling externally contracted services.
Required Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a relevant field with several years of professional experience.
- Very good knowledge of operating and adapting building management systems (Siemens Desigo Insight and Desigo CC).
- Experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) technology.
- Familiarity with and operation of CAFM systems (SAP PM, Paledo).
- Proficiency in German (spoken and written).
- Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, responsibility, resilience, and teamwork skills.
- Unrestricted willingness to work in a continuous 4-shift system is a mandatory requirement for this position.
