The Role
For the Helicopters division, we are looking for an intern for the Sales & Marketing area. As an intern, you will support the Italian MoD Sales function in the development and management of commercial opportunities. You will contribute to requirement analysis, offer management, negotiation, and contracting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in the analysis of requirements.
- Support in BID preparation.
- Support in strategic evaluation and risk analysis.
- Collaborate in the preparation of technical-commercial offers, interfacing with various company departments.
- Manage the IT system for commercial opportunities.
- Prepare presentations and internal reports for offer presentations and/or negotiation reporting.
- Support in presenting the offer to clients.
- Support negotiation activities.
- Preparation of contractual attachments.
- Support post-stipulation handover activities.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Engineering, Economics, Law, International Relations, or related fields.
- Analytical, synthesis, and formalization skills for requirements, proposals, and negotiation outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Teamwork attitude and ability to interact with colleagues from different company functions.
- Precision, methodical approach, and ability to organize complex information.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Predisposition for teamwork and collaboration in multidisciplinary contexts.
