About the Role:
As an Bid/Offload Coordinator within our growing Electronics Engineering department, you will play a crucial role in supporting both the Bid and Offload teams to ensure the successful delivery of our projects. This position offers a dynamic blend of responsibilities, flexing between bid management and Offload supply chain management, depending on the evolving needs of the business.
This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience, shadow our more experienced Engineering Project Managers, and learn from the wider teams. You will be well-positioned to develop your skills and eventually take ownership of your own projects, paving the way for a career as an Engineering Project Manager.

Working Arrangements:
This role is based in Stevenage and offers dynamic, hybrid working. We aim to accommodate a blended approach, being onsite when necessary for collaboration and working remotely to support work-life balance. The role can accommodate full-time or part-time (4-5 days per week) with flexible arrangements. A typical week might involve 2-3 days onsite, depending on project needs.
Security Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must be a British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Please note that restrictions and limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. Following a successful offer, all candidates will be required to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks, which will be managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
