Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Test Operator to join our Circuit Card Assembly Manufacturing Operations team. You will be working in a fast-paced, friendly, and inclusive manufacturing environment, supporting the test and certification of Circuit Card Assemblies and a variety of electrical hardware builds. These range from small fixtures through to complex missile systems, covering all phases of the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operations support to ensure programme targets are met within agreed time, cost, and quality requirements.
- Ensure completed hardware builds are tested in accordance with drawing requirements and specifications.
- Maintain a safe working environment in line with 5S policies.
- Always aim to deliver in line with all time, cost, and quality requirements.
- Ensure assembly unit production costs are met.
- Maintain the highest level of workmanship standards and product quality.
- Ensure the completion of all manufacturing documentation.
- Work closely with fellow Operators, Engineering, and Quality teams to overcome technical challenges and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

You will be part of a large team of multi-disciplined operators in a fast-paced but friendly and inclusive Manufacturing environment. The team boasts a great mix of individuals, from apprentices to experienced skilled technicians, all dedicated to delivering technical excellence across various missile systems in development and production.

- Electrical Engineering / Manufacturing Apprenticeship (Advanced)
