Scrum Master at Airbus Helicopters
Airbus Helicopters is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join the Information Management (IM) / IT Department, specifically within the Analytics Solution domain. This position is based in Marignane or Donauwörth. Join us to contribute to shaping the future of aeronautics and protecting lives through our advanced helicopters.
The Marignane site, a major industrial hub near Marseille and Aix-en-Provence, is undergoing a significant transformation to create a high-tech, inclusive, and environmentally conscious workplace. You will experience a unique professional journey at the heart of helicopter manufacturing.
Your Responsibilities:
- Guide and facilitate all extended Scrum and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives) for a Data & Analytics squad of 10 people.
- Ensure the agile framework is strictly followed to optimize team velocity, secure sprint commitments, and deliver high-quality SAP BI products.
- Protect the agile squad from external distractions and actively remove architectural or organizational impediments hindering daily progress.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and Domain Leaders to refine, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog.
- Monitor and report on squad performance, velocity metrics, and risks to management during weekly run mode general interfaces.
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Agile Leadership, Coaching, or Scrum Master roles.
- Technical expertise in extended Scrum frameworks, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles, and agile governance.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile project management tools (such as Jira or Agility) to track PI delivery, dependencies, and metrics.
- Background or strong functional knowledge within Data & Analytics domains and SAP BI product environments.
- Advanced Scrum Master certifications (e.g., PSM, SASM, SSM) are highly desirable.
