Airbus IM is transforming the company through sustainable IT, offering innovative products like Skywise and connecting thousands of users globally in a secure environment. Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an IT Product Manager (f/m) to join the Customer Services department in Toulouse, France.
Role Overview:
You will be part of a 15-person team, working in waterfall or agile methodologies, to develop IT applications for Airline Services & Support activities. As part of the DC organization (IM teams for Airbus Programmes, Customer Engagement & Services), you will contribute to Resolving Fleet Issues (RFI) by delivering innovative IT solutions that support digital transformation.
Your Challenges:
- Lead the evolution of applications designed to document and resolve in-service issues, supporting global aircraft ramp-up and ensuring compliance with regulations like Export Control and Part-1S.
- Understand business needs and strategic objectives to propose IT solutions (standard software, specific solutions, or Cloud-based architecture) aligned with Enterprise Architecture and IM strategy.
- Be accountable for Continuous Release Management and define the go-to-market strategy for the product and service line.
- Act as an End User Advocate to understand user needs and translate the Product/Application vision into a prioritized backlog, in alignment with the business product owner.
- Define chargeback models for your respective IT Products/Applications across various technologies (AWS, Skywise, SAP, COTS hosted in LAN, DMZ or Cloud).
Your Profile:
- Professional experience of more than 10 years.
- Proven track record in digital product and/or project management, with knowledge and experience in digital technologies and implementation/industrialisation challenges.
- Architect knowledge (functional or technical); knowledge on AWS is a plus.
- Advanced level in French and negotiation level in English are required.
