About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Customer Support & Services Quality Assurance organisation as a Quality Assurance Engineer. You will be responsible for supporting delivered products in service within our customer community. As a key function within the product support team, your skills and input will be vital in identifying and resolving a wide variety of quality topics.
This role offers the chance to network with and gain visibility across a large variety of MBDA's functions and in-service support activities across different sites. You will be working in a customer-facing environment, alongside a dynamic and experienced Product Support Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quality Assurance Engineer to further develop their career. Engineers without prior quality experience will be considered for development within the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product non-conformance and facilitate the implementation of the non-conformance process.
- Provide non-conformance data analysis and summary reports.
- Support design and manufacturing defect investigations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues, ascertain root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Review, develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality planning documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Business Management System procedures.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate Quality risks and issues to reduce risk and increase customer satisfaction.
- Participate in process improvement activities.
- Interact with the supply chain on non-conformances and corrective actions.

Candidates must be a British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply.
