About the Role
Airbus Commercial is seeking a Conformity & Attestation SAP IT Architect to join the Configuration Management Product Service Line Team in Hamburg. This role is crucial for the development, implementation, maintenance, and support of PLM solutions, aligning with the company's digital strategy in aviation.
Your Location
Hamburg-Finkenwerder, a key Airbus production site, offers a dynamic international environment focused on engineering, production, and innovation in aviation.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Define the future architecture to meet business needs and drive Conformity & Attestation transformation in sync with the Airbus ERP Transformation project.
- Provide day-to-day support to teams, aligned with Safe methodology.
- Serve as the technical referent for the DPCA team on SAP technology, proposing simple, maintainable solutions and sharing technical knowledge.
- Act as a focal point with the ERP CoE (DE organisation).
- Perform technical audits of team deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with Conformity and Attestation stakeholders, including manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, shopfloor, and the DPCA ITOps team.
- Identify local business specificities and support the C&A teams in Toulouse, Hamburg, and Bangalore to meet local business needs.
- Ensure appropriate resolution of Conformity & Attestation incidents, including supporting ITOps teams for production incidents.
- Contribute to on-duty periods (approximately 1 week every 6 to 8 weeks).

Main platforms used by C&A tools: SAP (PAC, PEA, PDA, PGI, PHL).
Main C&A applications: CAIR, AIR, DAIR, Traceability, mySI, E2E CA Reallocation, myGaps.
Other applications: MOPO, MyPortfolio, ServiceNow, Agility, APS, ACS, PLM Info Center, DP Dashboard.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Team spirit and strong stakeholder management skills (communication & influence).
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Good knowledge of SAP, particularly CAIR, AIR, mySI, E2E CA Reallocation.
- Appreciated knowledge of Airbus tools such as APS, ACS, PDM tools, ARP.
- Experience in Configuration Management, Conformity, Attestation, Traceability, Special Instruction, CA Reallocation, and Logistics is beneficial.
- English mandatory, German recommended, French appreciated.
- Knowledge of Safe methodology is appreciated.
- Adaptability and customer focus.
- Availability to work under pressure during critical A/C delivery periods.
- This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance.
