The Opportunity:
The Commercial team provides direction, guidance, and support on all aspects of winning and delivering business for MBDA. As the customer-facing function, the team is vital in securing new business, negotiating agreements, and managing contracts from inception through to completion. You will work closely with customers and key stakeholders to shape successful partnerships and deliver value throughout the contract lifecycle.
You'll experience the excitement of working on programmes that deliver cutting-edge capability. You will gain hands-on experience in negotiating commercial solutions, managing contracts, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, providing a unique insight into how commercial decisions drive business success.
No two days are the same! You'll engage with a range of stakeholders across the business, including Project Management & Control for contract delivery and schedule management; Procurement for supplier contract management; and Finance for payment matters.
Working Arrangements:
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site, dependent on project and function requirements.
Security Clearance:
Candidates must be a British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions may apply. All successful candidates will be required to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks after an offer has been made.
