// Role Specification
An opportunity for a C295 FAL Shopfloor Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in San Pablo, Sevilla.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maximize customer satisfaction by delivering aircraft according to commitment dates and with the expected quality level.
- Lead production activities and processes of the LTA aircraft station, and support the rest of the FAL, Flight Line or Delivery Centre, to accomplish the production plan and fulfil quality and cost targets.
- Coordinate industrial activities between the different stakeholders supporting aircraft station activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead the cultural transformation towards a more efficient organization by deploying and implementing corporate values, standards, and initiatives such as Operational Excellence System (OES), FOD prevention, Quality Excellence, Competence Management System (ECM-QA), and empowerment initiatives, through ethics and compliance processes and following Health and Safety recommendations.
- Lead and develop a high-performance team with all the competences and skills required by the complex technical problems and the market challenges they daily face, ensuring its readiness to successfully work under pressure all around the world.
- Build a common vision to align the multifunctional teams involved in the aircraft station so that every single person in the organization knows how to contribute to the overall objectives.
- Agile interaction with the Unions to deal with any concern about the LTA manufacturing activities, anticipating any conflict and looking for win-win solutions.
