Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Building and Construction Project Manager (F/H) to join the Facility Management & Real Estate (FMRE) team in Élancourt, France.
This role is integral to managing the infrastructure that shapes Airbus sites, focusing on designing and constructing facilities that impact the company's strategic goals such as performance, sustainability, production, and workforce growth.
Missions:
- Manage building and construction projects, including maintenance, for Airbus Defence and Space and associated stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners across various levels.
- Deliver all assigned projects on schedule, meeting quality requirements and adhering to budget, with a strong focus on health and safety.
- Interface with all FMRE service lines and collaborate with colleagues from other Airbus sites and divisions.
- Contribute to creating a strong community within the FMRE team and provide excellent service to internal partners and clients.
Your Profile:
- Experience in project management is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Ability to collaborate within a transdivisional/transnational team.
- Capacity to grasp the big picture and simplify messages and processes.
- Ability to interface with and direct external stakeholders.
- Client-centric with solid experience in Supplier & Customer Relationship Management.
