Avionics Technician MRO NH90 (d/m/w) at Airbus Helicopters, Donauwörth
Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth is seeking a new Avionics Technician for the Military Support Center Germany (MSCG) and the NH90 program. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our young, innovative team where cohesion and personal responsibility are key to mastering diverse and evolving challenges. This position can also be exercised with reduced weekly working hours.
Your Location: Donauwörth
Our Donauwörth site, situated on the banks of the Danube near Augsburg, is where we develop helicopters from initial concept to flight-ready products. Experience the entire lifecycle of helicopter development, from idea to take-off and landing on our own test flight field.
Your Responsibilities:
- Performance of functional tests including upgrades/modifications and retrofits.
- Troubleshooting during functional tests and flight operations.
- Execution of planned and unplanned inspections and troubleshooting on the military helicopter type NH90 TTH/NFH, with documentation in the customer system SASPF.
- Creation of technical and administrative discrepancy reports.
- Software loading.
Required Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Successfully completed technical vocational training, preferably in an electrical trade.
- Further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker).
- Practical experience in NH90 system testing is desirable.
- Type training B2 NH90 is desirable.
- Practical experience with ground support equipment and special tools.
- Knowledge of Bundeswehr-specific regulations, military air law, and the BW-SAP system "SASPF".
- Fluent German and good English language skills are required.
