Aircraft Mechanic specializing in Manufacturing Technology (m/f/d)
As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will work with various materials, such as fiber composite materials, aluminum, and titanium alloys in aircraft construction. You will learn relevant techniques for material processing, various joining methods, and surface treatment.
Furthermore, you will acquire knowledge in electrical engineering, hydraulics, and aerodynamics. In specialized courses, we will expand and deepen your knowledge in aircraft manufacturing. You will also gain an overview of quality assurance when working on flying equipment. In Augsburg, you will primarily be involved in the assembly of various aircraft components.
What you should bring:
- A very good Hauptschulabschluss (basic secondary school leaving certificate), a good Realschulabschluss (intermediate secondary school leaving certificate), or Abitur (university entrance qualification).
- Good German and good English language skills.
- Personal interest in mathematical and physical concepts.
- Strong technical understanding.
- Manual dexterity.
