Your Mission
Management of Warehousing Service Providers
- Oversee the warehousing service provider, ensuring full compliance with contractual commitments and key performance indicators (SLAs, OTD, OQD, claims, cost, activity continuity, volume).
- Organize and lead regular business reviews (weekly/monthly) and contract performance reviews.
- Oversee logistics standard operating procedures.
- Problem-solve to address performance gaps and support global sustainability and operational targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects to optimize quality, costs, and efficiency, collaborating with the service provider on improvement plans.
Logistics Operations Management
- As part of the spares Logistics team, you will be the focal point for all warehouse-related topics.
- Provide daily support to other support functions, including order follow-up and blockage resolution.
- Support internal stakeholders in spare parts management.
- Collaborate with internal customers to analyze process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency by collaborating strategically with service providers, optimizing processes, and leveraging IT systems.
About You
- You hold an advanced degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- You have proven experience in warehousing operations management, preferably in the aviation/aerospace industry.
- You can work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You are familiar with relevant regulations and standards in logistics.
- You have experience in managing contracts with logistics service providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance metrics.
- You are proficient with logistics management systems, including TMS (Transport Management System), WMS (Warehouse Management System), EDI (XML file exchange, web services), MS Office applications, SAP R3 WM/MM modules, SAP BW, and Power BI.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners in English and French.
- You are fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus).
