Your Mission
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Legal Directorate. Your mission will be to:
- Provide operational legal support across intellectual property, corporate housekeeping, procurement, sales, services, and commercial contracting matters.
- Support IP-related matters and contribute to the protection and management of ATR’s intellectual property interests.
- Provide corporate housekeeping support, including routine corporate governance and administrative legal matters.
- Support broader legal coverage for procurement, commercial operations, and day-to-day legal risk mitigation.
Your Role
In this role, you will:
- Provide legal support to business functions on operational legal questions and legal documentation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate procurement contracts, and support supplier negotiations and supplier-related documentation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate sales and services contracts.
- Provide broader legal support to commercial teams and internal stakeholders, helping to manage operational legal risks.
- Interact closely with Procurement, suppliers, internal business functions, commercial teams, and other Legal team members.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Law degree.
- Experience in commercial contracting, procurement, corporate support, and intellectual property matters.
- The ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts in both French and English.
- A good understanding of procurement and supplier-related legal documentation.
- The ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal support to internal stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Fluency in both English and French.
