About the Role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an Airframe Controller for Systems (M/F) to join the Airframe Controlling department in Toulouse, France. The Systems division focuses on Avionics & Airframe upgrades, incorporating the latest Airbus technologies to enhance airline operations. As part of the Airframe controlling team, your primary responsibility will be to provide clear and effective cost and revenue management control, alongside performance monitoring and reporting for the Systems & Connectivity product lines.

Your Challenges

  • Develop multi-year financial plans, build business cases (M&A, tenders), and identify risks and opportunities to guide strategic decisions.
  • Analyze actual performance (P&L, Cash Flow, unit costs), track variances, and pinpoint efficiency and cost-saving drivers.
  • Establish cost accounting structures (cost centers), apply allocation schemes (tax, IAS38, management fees), and liaise with auditors.
  • Calculate hourly rates, set headcount targets, reallocate costs, and audit/validate purchase commitments.
  • Create customized financial tools and educate operational teams on key financial concepts.

Your Profile

  • Educational background specializing in Corporate Finance, Financial Controlling, or Auditing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling, Financial Business Partnering, or audit roles, preferably in a complex industrial or aerospace environment.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, P&L/Cash-Flow/Working Capital analysis, cost analysis, and relevant accounting/tax standards (IFRS/IAS38, R&D Tax Credit, transfer pricing). Advanced knowledge of ERPs (especially SAP) and BI/modeling tools is a plus.
  • A strong Business Partner mindset, coupled with excellent analytical, synthesis, and risk anticipation skills. Pedagogical skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Fluency in both English and French is required.
