Aluminium Welder - Day Shift
BAE Systems is seeking experienced Aluminium Welders to join our team at the Henderson, WA Shipyard. You will play a crucial role in manufacturing Masts, Modules, and Units for the Hunter Class Frigate Program.

What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in aluminium MIG welding, including proficiency in butt and fillet welds.
- Ability to accurately read, interpret, and comply with welding procedures and specifications.
- A strong commitment to safety, high standards of workmanship, and quality.
- Relevant welding qualifications are highly desirable.
Clearances:
A Defence security clearance is required for this role. Applicants must be Australian citizens and either currently possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearances.
What We Offer:
- Hourly Rate: $53.48 per hour (current EA rate).
- Tool allowance of $17.50 per week.
- Overtime opportunities available during weekdays and weekends.
