Role: Chargé.e d’Ethique & Conformité (H/F) – Toulouse
We are currently seeking an Ethics & Compliance Officer to join the Legal & Compliance Department of Testia in Toulouse. You will be part of a close-knit team that values conviviality, solidarity, and knowledge sharing. Mission and Objectives:
Reporting directly to the Head of Legal & Compliance at Testia, your primary responsibility will be to foster and promote an ethical and compliant culture throughout the Testia Group. You will supervise and support the global deployment of the Group's Ethics & Compliance Program. Your key missions include:
- Identifying and assessing ethical and compliance risks.
- Advising stakeholders on all ethical and compliance risks.
- Maintaining and updating Testia's Ethics & Compliance Program as needed.
- Conducting screening and due diligence for all third parties interacting with Testia, managing risks by implementing necessary measures or reporting to relevant stakeholders in case of alerts.
- Ensuring the application of ethical and compliance rules within the Testia Group.
- Contributing to the promotion of a strong Ethical & Compliance (E&C) / Speak Up culture within Testia, including proposing training and awareness initiatives.
- Serving as the main point of contact with the Airbus Compliance teams.
Profile:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +3/5) in Law, Ethics, and Compliance.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of similar experience in an international environment.
- Languages: Fluent in English and French.
