Airbus Logistik GmbH in Hamburg is looking for motivated employees for the position of Team Leader (D/M/W) at our Am Genter Ufer location.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control work progress and prescribed workflows within your area of responsibility, e.g., through SQCDP rounds.
  • Proactively report deviations from required team performance with justification.
  • Provide technical leadership for the team, including organizing training for new employees and conducting technical instructions.
  • Undertake operational tasks within your area of responsibility, organizing and coordinating team tasks concerning processes and service delivery.
  • Serve as the point of contact for team members and the company regarding disruptions, operational priorities, and changed requirements in your area of responsibility.
  • Act as the primary contact for the customer on routine daily business matters.
  • Provide input to the disciplinary manager for staff allocation, shift schedule creation, and vacation planning. Record or verify employee absences and attendances.
  • Monitor adherence to internal and external regulations (e.g., Working Instructions, Working Procedures, safety regulations).
  • Record and report non-functional tools and equipment.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and order in your area of responsibility.
  • Support analyses of performance deviations within your area of responsibility (e.g., Root Cause Analysis).
  • Instruct personnel from other areas on safety-relevant issues.

Your Profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a specialist for warehouse logistics (Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik).
  • Initial experience in the technical leadership of a team.
  • Previous experience in operational contract logistics is advantageous.
  • Fluent German language skills (spoken and written).
  • Forklift license (Stufe 2) is required; crane license is a plus.
  • Experience with industrial trucks is desirable.
  • Knowledge of material management systems; experience with MDT scanners and inventory activities.
  • IT skills in material management systems, SAP experience, and confident handling of key figures.
  • Knowledge of the English language (spoken and written) is advantageous.
  • Resilience, reliability, and customer orientation.
  • Willingness to work shifts.
  • Valid G25 medical examination.
