About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and committed Systems Proving Engineer to join the Integration and Systems Validation team, specifically within the Naval Based Air Defence domain (Sea Viper). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an expanding team during a period of significant growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with systems engineering and design teams to plan, generate, and execute trials.
- Liaise with engineering and design teams to ensure adequate trials data is acquired, and to investigate and resolve design issues.
- Generate comprehensive trials documentation.
- Prepare, deliver, and follow up on internal and external Trials Readiness Reviews.
- Conduct post-trials data analysis and reporting.
- Conduct and/or support a range of trials, including laboratory-based functional integration and system trials, ground-based trials, harbour trials, sea trials, and firing trials.
- Assist with Lab Management responsibilities, including maintaining risk assessments, asset management, hosting audits, and ensuring lab safety.
- Maintain hardware and software configuration control.
Experience Required:
