About the Role
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Officer (m/f) to join our Airframe Supply Management TLS department based in Toulouse. As part of the PIOLOA ordering team, you will collaborate with the A400M Final Assembly Line (FAL) in Seville as a Supply Chain Business Partner. Your main challenge will be securing the supply chain to ensure on-time and high-quality aircraft deliveries.
Your Challenges
- Drive purchase order execution, New Product Introduction (NPI), and ERP data management in SAP.
- Analyze delays, resolve missing parts, and prioritize urgent needs for the A400M FAL and Customer Support.
- Monitor daily supply chain performance (KPIs, VMI, disputes, reverse logistics) and lead supplier reviews.
- Lead short and long-term corrective/preventive action plans with suppliers and cross-functional ADS teams.
- Act as ordering focal point and operationally lead a team member managing a similar portfolio.
Your Boarding Pass (Qualifications)
- Background in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum required experience in industrial supply chain management, logistics, or supplier management.
- Proven technical expertise in ERP systems (SAP PEA/PGI) and data analysis tools (Skywise, Qliksense, Google Sheets).
- Practical knowledge of quality processes, logistics fundamentals, and Export Control regulations (intermediate level).
- Mandatory fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
