Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach
Northrop Grumman UK is seeking a motivated Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach to join our team in Cheltenham. As a servant-leader, coach, and facilitator, you will empower Agile delivery teams to continuously improve their processes, enhance performance, and foster an environment of trust and high achievement. You will work with cutting-edge technology on challenges that genuinely matter, making a significant impact on national security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant-leader, supporting Agile teams in the day-to-day operation of Lean-Agile practices.
- Facilitate team-of-teams events, such as Program Increment Planning, and support roadmap development to achieve shared objectives.
- Identify, surface, and help remove impediments to team progress and delivery.
- Lead the identification of training and development needs for teams and individuals.
- Improve team and individual performance through coaching, mentoring, and facilitation.
- Provide Agile coaching, advisory support, and assurance across multiple teams as required.
What You’ll Bring:
- Practical experience applying servant-leadership within Agile delivery teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and organisational skills.
- An advanced Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM II or III, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master).
- Experience in Agile Coaching or relevant qualifications (e.g., ICP‑ATF, ICP‑ACC, ICE‑AC).
