Our collaboration is also characterized by dynamism – in agile teams, we tackle the most complex issues, from AI-supported Earth observation to secure cloud architecture. Those seeking technological excellence and interdisciplinary collaboration will find the ideal environment here.

While Immenstaad is a primary location, the position can generally be filled at any Airbus Defence and Space site in Germany. Please indicate your preferred location in your application.

Our Benefits

  • Fair Remuneration & Extras: Attractive compensation and individual additional benefits, e.g., company pension schemes, mobility offers (e.g., bicycle leasing) or employee benefits from cooperating companies according to our current policies.
  • Time for You (and your loved ones): 30 days of annual leave as per collective agreement (35h/week); work-life balance (flexitime, mobile working, part-time, job sharing, sabbatical).

Customer Consulting & Requirements Analysis:

  • Deriving customized technical solutions and system architectures directly from operational scenarios (CONOPS) and the user perspective of the customers.

Value Proposition & Pitching:

  • Translating highly complex technical issues into clear, customer-specific value propositions, and confidently presenting and negotiating at all management levels (C-level, department heads, military leadership).

Tender & Procurement Management:

  • Managing complex qualification and tender processes while safely applying public procurement law and the specific procurement procedures of the German Armed Forces (especially BAAINBw, BMVg, and Command CIR).

Ecosystem & Team Management:

  • Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with SMEs and system integrators in the German Space, Defence, and IT ecosystem, as well as motivating and leading cross-functional teams.

Required Knowledge and Qualifications
