The Opportunity
MBDA is expanding its EW capabilities. Our EW Group supports various WS and missile programmes, with responsibilities including the physical integration and functional operation of RF Electronic Support/Attack payloads within the EW effects chain at Missile, Weapon System, and System of Systems levels. This involves expertise in systems engineering, supplier management, in-service support (especially EW mission support), and specific EW technical knowledge.
We are currently seeking:
- Systems Design Engineers
- Equipment Requirement Authorities (responsible for specification, procurement, delivery, and integration of hardware into missiles)
- In-service support / EW mission support Engineers
- Technical Experts (with a focus on EW)

- Knowledge and experience in relevant areas.
Working Pattern and Security Clearance
Dynamic (Hybrid) Working Pattern: Due to the nature of the work, a minimum of 3 days per week on-site is typically required.
Security Clearance: MBDA UK requires all employees to achieve the necessary medical and national security clearance. For this specific vacancy, applicants must be a British Citizen, or a Dual UK national with British citizenship, and capable of achieving DV clearance. The DV clearance process is managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
