The Role
As a Cleaner, you will provide robust and flexible support as a Property Service Operative. Your role will consist of 80% cleaning duties and 20% undertaking other tasks such as low-level routine maintenance, lift and shift, post handling, escorting, and general duties to support Group Property operations on site.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Carrying out cleaning of all internal areas on site, including offices, toilets, labs, and kitchens.
- Delivering general service tasks such as hanging notice boards, weekly shower flushes, and recording for audit purposes.
- Ensuring maintenance standards and quality of work meet the required level.
- Assisting in resolving customer issues related to outstanding tasks or deliveries.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cleaner.
- A valid UK Driving License.
Working Hours and Location:
This role is 20 hours per week, based at our Portsmouth site (Portsmouth Technology Park - PTP), a key facility for advanced technology development and engineering services. Preferred working times are 07:00 – 11:00.
Security Clearance:
Please note that all applicants must be eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance, as a minimum.
