About the Role
The C2 system is the core of a weapon system, responsible for understanding threats, planning engagements, and managing them in complex, evolving situations. As the C2 Product Design Lead, you will own and drive the hardware and software design development for the C2 product line, contributing to both domestic and export programmes. Recent export successes have introduced new customers, bringing significant challenges and opportunities for functional development and integration within the C2 product.

What You Will Be Doing
- Leading a small team in the delivery of new equipment software designs.
- Supporting the development of new hardware build standards.
- Engaging with wider project stakeholders throughout the weapon system design process.
- Meeting project schedules by providing accurate progress reports and completion date predictions.
- Managing change processes and the integration of new designs.
What We're Looking For

- Experience in developing software design definition baselines, from requirements to products ready for testing.
