About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a PCB Inspector, primarily with an Electrical bias, to join the Manufacturing team. You will be responsible for the inspection and certification of a variety of mechanical hardware builds, supporting all phases of the product lifecycle. Your role will involve providing essential operations support to ensure programme targets are met in terms of time, cost, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring that completed hardware builds are manufactured in accordance with drawing requirements and specifications and are free from damage.
- Maintaining a safe working environment in line with 5S policies.
- Consistently aiming to deliver in line with all time, cost, and quality requirements.
- Ensuring that assembly unit production costs are met.
- Maintaining the highest level of workmanship standards and product quality.
- Ensuring any non-conformances are processed and controlled correctly.
- Ensuring that all manufacturing documentation is complete and carries the necessary certifications.
- Working closely with fellow Operators, Engineering, and Quality teams to overcome technical challenges and provide feedback for continuous improvement activities.
About You
You will be joining a large, multi-disciplined team in a fast-paced yet friendly and inclusive manufacturing environment. We are looking for individuals with a strong background, ideally with Electrical and Mechanical skills, but predominantly in an Electrical biased area.
