The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Logistic Specialist to join our Logistics team. While specific industry experience isn't mandatory, excellent language skills and the ability to thrive under pressure in a high-operation environment are essential. You will be the primary point of contact between the company, customers, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key reference for managing the complete logistics flow, ensuring adherence to operational and documentation procedures.
- Engage constantly with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to guarantee efficiency and compliance.
- Provide and update customers with shipping dates, ensuring their maintenance.
- Verify the accuracy of shipping documents and confirm granted credit lines.
- Issue return authorization documents and deferred invoices to customers.
- Ensure passive cycle invoices and related documents are compliant and due.
- Manage aeronautical suppliers, including screening as per AIRBUS procedures, for order requirements.
- Negotiate availability dates and identify critical items to suppliers to preempt issues.
- Identify and engage new suppliers, fostering long-term operational collaborations.
Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree (including a Three-Year Degree) in Linguistic or Economic disciplines is required. A Technical Diploma (e.g., Mechanical, Surveyor, Electronic Expert, or equivalent) is a strong advantage, even without a Bachelor's Degree.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English (advanced level) and proficiency in either French or German.
- Experience: Previous experience in front-office, customer service, or call center roles is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
