We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage a high-profile business transformation project in the UK. This role involves working closely with our international colleagues, stakeholders, and suppliers to successfully deliver the programme. The Opportunity:
We lead all aspects of procurement across the project, including:
- Strategic RFI / RFP activity to identify market players and supply partners for the main programme and support activity.
- Acting as the senior procurement lead for the project, liaising with stakeholders, gathering needs, developing Statements of Work (SOWs), and managing/developing contracts.
- Developing and helping to implement the SRM strategy, working with SRM tools, to ensure delivery on time and to quality standards.
- Driving supplier performance, value creation, and managing escalations of issues.
What We're Looking For:
While this is an IT transformation project, candidates from any procurement background are welcome, provided you have experience in running complex and strategic projects or programmes. We are particularly looking for someone who is:
- Comfortable working in an international context.
- Skilled in building internal and external international relations.
