The Role: Industrial Controller
Within the Finance Area of the Cyber & Security Solutions Division, we are looking for an Industrial Controller for our Rome or Genoa office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Ensure consistency of information related to the lifecycle of economic plans (master data, planning, logistics flows, cost releases, closing).
- Support the industrial accounting department in budget elaboration activities.
- Produce multi-dimensional analyses of the project scope, with particular reference to reconciliations between statutory and management accounting.
- Define migration rules and verify the consistency of economic and asset data within reorganization processes.
- Elaborate functional requirements for the management and strengthening of industrial processes (requirements gathering, technical requirement definition, and monitoring of implemented solutions against requests).
- Contribute to the verification of NRTs impacting the planning and control process of the Cyber division.
- Support colleagues in Finance and Management Control on procedural and functional queries.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Degree in Economics.
- Seniority: Expert with 3-5 years of experience.
- Technical Skills: Experience in project planning and control or industrial accounting; understanding of IAS; good awareness of project lifecycle phases.
- Soft Skills: Teamwork aptitude; problem-solving skills; ability to manage priorities; curiosity; flexibility.
- Languages: Good knowledge of English (written and spoken, B2 level).
- IT Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency and good command of Microsoft Office applications; good knowledge of at least one SAP module (PS, CO, FI); familiarity with SAP queries.
- Other: Availability for business travel.
